Guests were very impressed with the helpful, friendly staff who went out of their way to provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere that would make guests feel comfortable. They will promptly accommodate guests' requests and exude a warm demeanour that ensures guest feel at home upon arrival.

All rooms are well-sized and kept clean by a diligent housekeeping staff who do their best to ensure the rooms are spotless. The beds are comfortable thanks to a supportive mattress and fresh bedding and there are many modern amenities in the rooms, such as coffee-makers and Wi-Fi access that help to retreat the comforts of home.

The hotel's location was cited as being a positive aspect of guests' stays; there are many local attractions and places of interest that are easily accessible by the nearby highway. Guests are able to visit beaches and scenic parks while shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance of the accommodation.

Many guests were disappointed by the limited choice of breakfast options, finding the offerings to be minimal and bland. Other guests found that the buffet-style set-up became very crowded as the majority of guests ate at the same time. However, some guests found the breakfast satisfactory.
