Positive Reviews
positive:
Kind and helpful staff
While there were a few contrary opinions, by far the majority of guests found the hotel's staff to be a delight to deal with. They were said to be very friendly, but what most impressed guests seemed to be their genuine kindness.
positive:
Rooms spotlessly clean
With very, very few exceptions guests found their rooms to be spotlessly clean on arrival. Even those who admitted to being “neat freaks” seemed to be able to find no cleanliness deficiencies.
positive:
Remarkably quiet
While there were one or two issues relating to internal noise from the hallways, the vast majority of guests felt that their room was a haven of peace and quiet, allowing them to get some quality sleep.
Negative Reviews
negative:
No indoor hot tub or pool
Some guests traveling in winter felt that, even in Florida, the weather was a bit too cool to swim and use the hot tub in winter. They would have liked an indoor pool and tub as well so that they could swim and soak the stress away on the cooler winter nights.
negative:
Restricted breakfast hours
While not often mentioned, some guests did think that the breakfast hours were a bit restrictive. Typically, business guest felt that if breakfast were available earlier, they would be able to get on with their day that much sooner, while leisure travelers would have liked it to be served later so that they could sleep in.
negative:
Some issues at breakfast
While most guests seemed to like the food offered, a surprisingly large number of guests felt that it was served in a bit of a negative atmosphere. They struggled to put into words exactly what this meant, but they seemed to feel that the staff there would choose to be almost anywhere else if they could.
