Hotel La Quinta by Wyndham Marshall (Marshall, USA)

Out of all its features, it seems it was the hotel's breakfast that garnered the most positive reviews. It serves an extended version of the standard La Quinta continental breakfast, and the addition of hot foods, and more variety in general, seems to have gone a long way with the guests.

There's no doubt that the guests thought very highly of the hotel's staff. Again and again they would mention how helpful an individual staff member had been when they needed some information or had a special request. The staff really seemed to go above and beyond.

While the pool is a little small, guests nevertheless really appreciated having it available. All things considered, they seemed to feel it was a bonus feature. A few also enjoyed using the gym to work up a bit of a sweat while on the road.

An extraordinary number of guests reported that their room had a moist musty feel. It was the first thing they noticed when they entered. Some were concerned that it may result in health issue, but all certainly did not like it, and felt that maintenance ought to investigate and repair.

While it was by no means a general problem a few guests did say that their room wasn't the cleanest when they checked in. It seems as if the cleanliness standards may be inconsistently applied, leaving the cleanliness of any particular room up to the roll of the dice.

It was mentioned that the hotel's hot water tanks seem to be overwhelmed at busy times, leaving all those who get out of bed just a little to late with lukewarm water for their morning shower.
