Outstanding staff.
Staff members at La Quinta Inn & Suites Las Vegas RedRock - Summerlin were a friendly bunch. Many guests commented that they had never received such great service until staying at this hotel. Guests would return for the excellent, personable staff.

Very pet-friendly.
When this hotel says they are pet-friendly, they mean it. Pets big and small were welcomed with opened arms, and pet owners found clean pet accommodation, all with no extra fee. A small grassy area in the back of the hotel stocked with doggy bags was appreciated, but even better was the local jogging path that was great for a walk with your four-legged friend.

Guests found the complimentary breakfast to be above average at this hotel. A tasty selection of breakfast items was constantly restocked, and guests liked that there were some hot foods to choose from. When breakfast is over, guests can look forward to the freshly-baked cookies in the evening.

Noisy appliances.
Some guests were kept awake by noisy appliances at the La Quinta Inn & Suites Las Vegas RedRock - Summerlin. Air-conditioning and fridges were a bit too disruptive for a few light sleepers, and many were less than enthused with the inability to control air-conditioning from guest rooms.

Some guests would have liked to find a firmer mattress at this hotel. Beds in a few rooms seemed to be in need of replacement, and many felt that this was the only thing keeping them

Unavoidable smoke.
Smoky rooms were a problem for some staying at this hotel. Guests also took issue with fellow hotel patrons smoking by the pool, and in areas outside the hotel. With windows that open in guest rooms, this sometimes caused non-smoking rooms to smell far from fresh.
