There have been many guests that have stayed in this hotel because of its proximity to the medical center. It's close enough that you can visit the hospital and walk back to your room in only five minutes. There are also some nice dining options close by.

The buffet served each day at this hotel is tasty and varied with plenty to choose from. There are both hot and cold options, and all are fresh and well prepared. And all of this is included in your room package.

The freeway nearby offers easy access to this hotel, and there is even a stop light right outside the hotel entrance that makes getting in and out of the place during rush hour a breeze.

The staff at this hotel lack a little training in the hospitality field and need to up their game to impress the guests. They aren't too eager to help out the guests if they have a problem, but they really should be. Not up to the standards of this chain.

This hotel is starting to look the worse for wear, and some guests feel that it's just not worth the money. They think that the rooms and the hotel, in general, are starting to get very dated and that major renovation work is required to bring the place up to date.

Some guests have found that their rooms weren't cleaned properly before they checked in and discovered some items from previous guests in the rooms. Not a pleasant surprise.
