Positive Reviews
positive:
Great location near the Old Town
This was undoubtedly what guests most enjoyed about the hotel. It seems they were after a city break, and were happy that the hotel was just a minute or two from the Old Town, where they had more than enough bars, cafes and other amenities to last them for several holidays.
positive:
Decent value for money
Guests were very happy with the value for money they received. They felt that, considering the decent facilities and amazing location, they had received a very reasonable room rate indeed.
positive:
Kept spotlessly clean
One of the first things many guests mentioned in their reviews was the cleanliness of the hotel. They felt that both their room and the public areas of the hotel started out clean at check-in and tended to be maintained to a high standard during the course of their stay.
Negative Reviews
negative:
No English language stations
While guests conceded that they didn’t travel all the way to Spain to watch TV, they were nonetheless a bit upset that there did not seem to be any English language stations included as part of the TV package.
negative:
Neighbourhood can be a bit loud
Guests discovered that the great central location did not come without a cost. They mentioned that, despite being on a side street, there were still large numbers of cars and pedestrians passing by at night, often very late and in high spirits and voice. Those looking for an early night did have some issues.
negative:
No views from the rooms
A surprising number of guests complained about the view they had from their room. The hotel was said to be on a narrow alleyway, with the views simply being of the building opposite.
