Hotel La Hacienda Inn (San Antonio, USA)

The hotel is very close to San Antonio's River Walk and the Alamodome which was the highlight of many previous guests stay. Both are an easy walk from the hotel.

Some guest reviewers made special mention of how clean the hotel was, highlighting the excellent work of the housekeeping staff. Others also commented on how friendly and courteous all staff at the hotel were, who it seems went out of their way to help make their stay memorable.

A number of guest reviewers left comments that they felt that hotel was great value for money given its location and general amenities. Some guests were also pleased to find that the car parking available at the hotel was undercover.

Some guest reviewers made comment in their reviews about their experience with broken and busted amenities, including cracked tiles, broken furniture, blocked drains and stained carpets. These reviewers suggested that the hotel could invest a little to fix these minor problems which would improve the hotel's overall amenity.

Whilst some previous guests conceded that they were not expecting a gourmet breakfast from this budget hotel chain, some did comment that the breakfast selection was a little short on the normal range of breakfast foods available, when breakfast is included in the room tariff.

Some guest reviewers commented that they did not have a pleasant night's sleep due to the lumpy and hard beds at the hotel. Some likened the beds to sleeping on slabs of concrete, whilst other found the linens thin and not at all comfortable.
