All Guests have full access to the Balcony upstairs at all times. On a clear sunny day, one can catch a glimpse of The City of Cape Town and Mandela´s Roben Island. As soon as you set foot in the Reception, you feel the instant sense of Welcome, Friendliness and a real Home away from Home feeling, privacy, peace of mind, tranquility & ambiance. The Balcony is the perfect place for a sundowner while watching the African Sun-set and Liner-ships at the horizon waiting to get into Cape Town Harbour. It is a 10minute walk away to the beachfront, pubs, restaurants, cafés, drugstore, ATM, Liquor Stores, Supermarkets and so much more. From the Balcony on a windy day, the sea is swamped with colourful kites roaming the horizon. This is a popular kite surfing place where international competitions are also held at least once a year. Car rentals are within reach as well as Uber, local meter taxis and/or public transport at humane rates per travel. Cape Town has excellent meat and seafood restaurants as well as a whole lot of your usual takeaway joints. Golf estates, vineyards and more.
