The hotel fulfills all the basic requirements of the guests. The most important for many is that the rooms are comfortable and very clean. The hotel also feels safe.

Whilst the hotel isn't cheap and cheerful, guests feel the pricing is correct for what is offered. You get good value for the services you pay for.

Guests warn you not to stray far from the hotel as the area around is pretty unsavory, to say the least. It is located in a dodgy and unsafe neighborhood and you need to be careful.

Getting to the hotel is not as simple for many guests as the website descriptions make out. Although the transfers to the airport are often found to be very efficient and convenient, many guests have difficulties actually getting to the hotel. There are frequent claims that, contrary to what they were made to believe, the 24-hour airport pick-ups are simply not available. To compound matters, the hotel isn't actually that close to the airport as they had also believed. With heavy traffic, the journey can take a long time – if your taxi finds the hotel that is!

Guests often find that the overall level of customer care is poor. The staff just don't seem to care about the welfare of their guests. They do little to help out a guest in need or follow up requests or complaints promptly – if at all.
