Visitors remarked that when it comes to the hotel's location, they were satisfied. It's just under five kilometres from Graceland while also being within walking distance of the bus station. Furthermore, it's approximately ten kilometres or less to other Memphis points of interest, including the airport. Guests stated that aside from wiping down countertops, very little is done with the room in terms of tidiness. Visitors cited furniture had urine smells, dingy carpets and non-smoking rooms smelled heavily of smoke. Furthermore, guests mentioned that the hotel pictures simply didn't match what they received.

Functionality is an issue at this location, according to travellers. They cite setbacks such as AC units that didn't work and showers that didn't have hot water. Others mentioned actual issues with the shower nozzles and toilets not functioning as expected. Even common area amenities, such as the pool, appeared be non-functional. In short, visitors mentioned that the hotel appears to be falling apart.
