Positive Reviews
positive:
At Least The Location Is Good
The B&B location is a great advantage. It's right in front of the entrance to the Re di Roma metro station. This station will link you with other key stations like termini Railway Station and the bus terminal. Lots of attractions are within walking distance as well.
positive:
Think About The Money You Save
The facility is cheap. Together with the great location you can't beat it. You can probably easily tolerate it for a couple of days at least.
positive:
Amenities Are Fine
Amenities are fine. There's a kitchen with a cooker, coffee machine, plates, forks, and other eating utensils. There is also a TV in the room.

Good Luck Finding It
You may have a difficult time locating the B&B. There are no clear signs to point you in the direction of the guest house and Google maps is not much help it seems.
negative:
The Real Trip Is Going Up
There is no lift. If you are lugging heavy luggage this can be a big issue. In addition, the B&B is actually an apartment arranged as a bed and breakfast. The reception speaks minimal, if any, English. If you have a translation app and on your phone you will definitely find that it comes in handy if you are an English speaker.

Their Ideal Of A Free Breakfast Is…
The breakfast is interesting and minimal to say the least. You receive small packets of food like one croissant, one jam, one coffee, a little box of nutella and jam, one juice, one milk, a little bread, and a couple of other edibles.
