Hotel Kalorama Guest House at Woodley Park (Washington D.C., USA)

The breakfast menu is very good. The dishes are diverse and in large quantity so you do not fear that food will run out. The wait staff is very professional in dealing with the diners and guests do not feel hurried while eating.

The staff members are very polite, hospitable and welcoming. They always go out of their way to help you. The hotel owner is particularly very attentive to guests' concerns and will ensure your stay at the hotel is a very enjoyable one.

Despite their compact nature, the rooms are quite clean and very cosy. The Wi-Fi reception is also strong and high speed. All the guesthouse's rooms are modern and beautifully decorated.

A number of guests were displeased to find that there wasn't a TV set in their rooms. They felt that this was a basic necessity and should have been included in all the rooms and not just a few.

A number of guests complained about the stairs being very steep. Those who were mobility impaired and the elderly had much trouble and found them almost impossible to navigate.

Guests have complained about the quality of towels provided by the hotel saying that they were old and quite a number were unusable. The towels were thought to be threadbare in some areas and dull looking and that they needed replacing.
