Hotel Kahler Inn and Suites (Rochester, USA)

Many guests stayed here when they had appointments at Mayo Clinic. The hotel is literally across the street of the downtown Mayo Clinic Campus. It also has a good subway connection. Shops and restaurants are nearby so you do not have to venture far if you do not want to.

Many guests commended the hotel for having a good Wi-Fi connection. Rooms are described as clean, comfortable, and generally nice. Guests also reported that the hotel was very quiet and you can expect a good night's sleep if you stay here.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Requests of guests were usually promptly fulfilled if possible. From front desk to housekeeping, the customer service is one of the things many guests rate as excellent.

Some guests felt that the breakfast was not having many hot breakfast items. Some things also ran out and were not refilled fast enough. As the breakfast is complimentary it is worth giving it a chance to make your own impression.

The hotel provides a parking lot to guests but it seems that it can fill up quickly. Guests sometimes had trouble with finding a spot or found the spots themselves generally to be on the small side making it harder to park big cars.

Some guests had rooms that have not been updated yet. The suites and balcony rooms seem to have been recently remodeled according to guests. If you want a more spacious and modern room it might be worth to book the higher category.
