The resort is well suited for guests looking for a tranquil and relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is a free shuttle to places nearby. The villas are luxurious and comfortable with superlative bathrooms. The fact that there is no TV adds to the quiet and peace making guests feel pleasantly cut off from the world.

The overall service at the resort is excellent. The restaurant staff are hospitable and friendly. Guests say that the food is fabulous with superb choices in the breakfast menu. Guests also appreciate the option of being served lunch or dinner in their rooms at no extra cost.

Guests love the pool and spending time in it. The villas with the private pools are a big hit too. Guests adored being able to dine by the sparkling pool, which made their meals extra nice and special.

Owing to the natural surroundings with trees and a swamp, the resort is prone to mosquitoes, moths and dragon flies buzzing about. Although rooms are provided with sprays, repellents and coils, guests say they do get bitten, which is a less than pleasant experience.

The Wi-Fi signal is poor and guests say that it is hard to stay connected. Though it is a free facility they say they could hardly use it either in the accommodations or in the public places of the resort.

While the peaceful location was liked by many, some guests found staying outside the city a little inconvenient and quite out of the way. The property is far from the centre of Sanur and a little away from the beach with nothing much at a walkable distance.
