positive:
Unique artistic design touches
Thought has been put into designing a hotel that would be visually appealing. Guests like their individually decorated rooms, as well as the art throughout the hotel, saying it has a cool atmosphere. It appeals to many guests because it is different to the bland hotel décor often found.
positive:
Complimentary coffee and more
The hotel has a small pantry room for guests to use which includes a free coffee pod machine, tea, and hot and cold water dispenser. There is also a fridge and microwave. Guests like that drinks are free and they can get something whenever they might want.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Rooms are small
Standard rooms in Hong Kong tend to be quite compact and the rooms at this hotel are no exception. Guests say that, although perfectly manageable, the rooms are very small they do not have enough room to unpack their luggage. Good for one, very cosy for two.
negative:
It's been a hard day's night
How comfortable beds are is subjective, what is comfortable for one perhaps may be very uncomfortable for another, however, guests at this hotel do say that the beds are quite hard. Some guests do not find them very comfortable because of this.
negative:
Lack of privacy
The bathrooms within rooms are separated only by glass panels, so you will not get any privacy when either showering or using the loo!
