Hotel Joyfull (Naples, Italy)

The staff members were found to be friendly by guests who stayed here. They had a good command of English ad were easy to talk to. They were kind to help guests order a food delivery service and to arrange for transport.

Guests were content with the hotel itself. The hotel provided for clean rooms with nice bathrooms and the necessary items. Towels were changed daily and the facilities were good. The price paid was well worth the building.

The rooms were found to be cosy and clean by guests. They were happy to have the basics covered such as en suite bathrooms, flat-screens and free Wi-Fi. They were not expecting much but felt it was a good room with classic furnishings.

Guests who were expecting to have dinner at the restaurant were disappointed when they got the hours wrong. The restaurant was closed and they had to call to order some food. They were disappointed they could not eat in the restaurant.

Guests were confused about what was on offer at the hotel and the prices. The lack of information was obvious as there was no mini bars prices, the restaurant was not open and there was no information of local transportation.

The hotel's location is anything but ideal according to guests. It is located in an industrial area next to a railway station. The walk to the metro is not easy, and some guests could not get there because the tunnel was closed. There are no particular bars or shops for guests to go to.
