Positive Reviews
positive:
The location has something for everyone.
Set on a quiet street, the hotel is close to all of Old Town's diverse offerings. Bars, cafes, and restaurants are numerous, and museums, galleries, clubs, and monuments are almost packed in. A walk to St. Charles Bridge will take about 20 minutes. This area is also home to the Jewish Quarter, telling the story of a difficult past.

Staff goes the extra mile to make your stay great.
The staff really make a stay at this hotel special. Not only will they take you on your morning jog, staff will pack a breakfast, book a car, and do just about anything else you need during your stay.
positive:
Beautiful rooms are well-stocked with amenities.
The rooms are filled with light thanks to the large glass windows. Mostly light and classic, there are splashes of bold colour. Amenities are numerous, and bathrooms have fluffy towels and rainfall shower heads. Rooms for guests with disabilities are also available.

Rooms can be tiny.
The rooms are by no means large, especially the deluxe rooms. There are larger rooms, but these come with a larger price tag, as well.
negative:
Only a luggage lift, guests must take the stairs.
There is only a luggage lift, meaning guests must go up the stairs.
negative:
Breakfast is too expensive.
The breakfast is not cheap, and many guests decide to eat elsewhere.
