Right in the middle of downtown is located one of the oldest buildings of the entire Patagonia, the centenary old mansion formerly owned by José Nogueira and Sara Braun, a splendid mansion finished in 195 in front of the main square of the city, which, with the passing of time, transformed into one of the symbols of the city. In 1982 it was declared national monument. In 1992 part of the Sara Braun Palace was authorized as a small and exclusive hotel which has 22 rooms, including 5 finely decorated suites with all the accommodations and services of a great hotel. In order to preserve the structure of the building, only the available spaces were adapted and not all the rooms are exactly alike, some of them resulting more spacious than others, but each one of them with their own personality and characteristics, and of course of a high level. This particularity of the hotel is extended over all its guests, receiving each one of them a very distinct and personalized attention. Far from the standardization that actually involves us.
