The aparthotel is located ten minutes walk from the Dubai Metro, which makes the attractions of Dubai quite accessible to guests here, especially those without their own vehicle.

The rooftop pool is a big attraction here, but recently, it has been closed for renovations and improvements. This has disappointed the guests who had come here especially to enjoy this feature.

From guest feedback, it is obvious that previous guests have caused a lot of damage to the rooms. Although it appears that the rooms are quite well cleaned, some kinds of damage go beyond basic cleaning and more specialized treatment is required. If previous guests were heavy smokers, clearing an apartment of smoke for the next guest requires highly specialized cleaning techniques, with which the management here seem to be quite unfamiliar. With stains and damage in the apartments, it appears that renovations may be required.

A female guest, travelling alone with her daughter, was horrified when a staff member molested her daughter. She was unable to complain, feeling uncomfortable as a woman travelling alone.
