This boutique hotel boasts a fantastic location in the heart of Legian. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area, and some of Indonesia's best shopping is only a short drive away at Seminyak Square. You'll also be a short walk from several amazing beaches.

Guests highly recommend booking the Deluxe rooms. The upgrade cost is not very much but in return, you'll receive newly-renovated and more spacious rooms to enjoy during your stay.

The staff at the hotel are known for their wonderful customer service. Guests say they are incredibly helpful and kind. Whatever you need, be it a special request, or assistance with a problem in your room, don't hesitate to ask. The hotel personnel will be more than glad to lend a hand. In addition, the staff are quite knowledgeable about the local area and will happily assist in providing directions and recommendations.

While guests liked the hotel overall, many though parts of it was is in need of renovations and cosmetic updates. The rooms look a bit old and some hotel facilities appear a bit run down. In addition, guests also commented on the poor natural and artificial lighting in the rooms.

Housekeeping could do a better job cleaning the rooms. Guests thought the cleanliness of the hotel was not up to the hotel's standards. In addition, according to recent reviews, both the rooms and the bathrooms often have an unpleasant smell.

The Wi-Fi can be temperamental at times. Guests have repeatedly said that the signal strength is not the best, but works at its optimal level on the lower floors.
