The room is nice and quiet. The guesthouse offers very clean, simple and tastefully furnished rooms. Everything works. The rooms are well equipped and have a modern flair.

The hotel is centrally located and close to various amenities. There are quite a number of quality restaurants and bars in the area. Those interested in the nightlife will be happy to find a vibrant and very diverse entertainment scene. It's proximity to the subway train station fits perfectly for guests who wish to commute to Manhattan and environs.

Guests looking for a hotel that offers the basic necessities will be very pleased here. The hotel offers cheaper rates compared to other hotels in the area. The room rates are inexpensive and you will receive exactly what you pay for.

Some guests were unhappy with the quality of mattresses and pillows provided pointing out that they were too hard and small. The air conditioning was seen as being ineffective, temperamental and of poor quality and worked in some rooms and not in others.
