The facility is definitely family oriented. There are lots of activities that include plenty to do for kids. Children are entertained and treated as important visitors like the adults. It's all around good value, especially for families, though the facility is for singles, couples, or seniors. It's easy to keep the fridge full and maintain your budget too.
The ocean view, the beach, the swimming pool, the pleasant lounge area, the staff, and all the niceties that come with the accommodations makes it easy to get comfortable.
The facility is very clean. This is a huge plus. It is well maintained though it is a bit dated.
The hotel is somewhat dated. The hotel furnishings are worn but acceptable. The corridors are dark and dreary. The décor is not very attractive; however, it's not so bad where it would put you off from booking the facility again.
There is no housekeeping service, no coffee filters for the coffee machine, the air conditioning is loud, and no on-site restaurant.
Keep in mind that the facility is a timeshare, and they will let you know it. Their approach is not overly pushy; however, if you are coming to just relax and get away from it all, it will get on your nerves. So, don't be surprised if you receive a call to tour the property.
