They are always friendly and pleasant to deal with, they always do their best to accommodate guests and any special requests they may have and they are very knowledgeable about the hotel and surrounding area. .

Guests reported that the rooms are quite large with lots of room to move about and store personal items. Also reported was many amenities to ensure comfort and enjoyment, a high standard of cleanliness, Wi-Fi that always works and comfortable beds. .

This hotel is situated in an excellent location that combines the best of both worlds. Guests enjoy a quiet and peaceful area that feels safe while still being able to access many of the areas attractions and services with a short walk or drive. .

The grounds and building itself are not well-maintained. Guests reported that the building could use a fresh coating of paint, the grounds could use some landscaping and the garbage that tends to pile up in stairwells should be disposed of more quickly. Also reported was a shortage of elevators and a small parking area.

Some guests reported that there were quite a few questionable characters loitering around the outside and inside of the hotel and there have been reports of some illegal activities taking place between these characters. Despite these things going on, there seems to be a lack of security around the hotel.

Although Crestwood Suites advertises smoke-free rooms, some guests reported that they could smell cigarette smoke all around the inside of the hotel including the rooms. .
