Negative Reviews
negative:
Avoid noisy rooms and areas.
Light sleepers or business travellers needing to rise early should try to avoid certain rooms (30-40 in particular) that are close to the freeway (Interstate 64) as the constant traffic noise is loud enough to cause considerable disturbance throughout the night.
negative:
Cookware not included.
While every suite comes with its own kitchenette that contains a fridge, microwave and stove, it curiously does not include cookware and pots and pans. Guests looking to prepare their own meals can make use of the nearby mall and convenience store for items needed.
negative:
Poor room air-conditioning performance.
Each room is equipped with an air-conditioning unit for both cooling and heating purposes. However, most of the air-conditioning units are old and therefore do not provide adequate performance in either cooling or heating of rooms. Many are also quite loud and can produce a burning odour when set to heat function.
