Almost every review of this hotel focuses on the excellent central location less than 100 metres from the nearest train station, from where guests enjoy convenient access to other parts of Geneva with the aid of a complimentary public transport pass from the hotel. Walking is also easy from this location, with the centre of the city roughly 1.5 kilometres away and numerous bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The buffet breakfast served in the hotel's on-site restaurant is reportedly delicious with many previous guests saying it was a bonus to have convenient access to such a meal.

While previous guests do not rave about this hotel as the pinnacle of accommodation, reviewers agree the rooms are well maintained and clean with all the necessities to ensure a comfortable stay. The standard of rooms and cleanliness combines with the outstanding location, friendly staff and quality breakfast to provide a good value option overall.

Despite most agreeing the hotel is good value, some previous guests found the price too high, though this is more of a reflection on the cost of accommodation in Switzerland as oppose to prices at this hotel specifically.
