You're likely to notice a few dirty corners and dusty spots around this hotel, it simply isn't kept clean enough. If you find your room dissatisfying make sure to take it up with management.

There are a number of late night drinking establishments in the immediate area so be aware that it can be noisy outside late into the night. You would be advised to pack some earplugs if you are a light sleeper, just in case.

Despite its unique boutique feel, Inn at Irving Place isn't keeping itself in good enough order. Some routine maintenance is being missed and a spot of careful renovation would stop this place from looking shabby.
