Negative Reviews
negative:
Not for non-skiers.
For those who have yet to learn to ski, this may not be the place to stay. Guests who have booked lessons at the ski school, which is based in the town below the hotel, will find getting to one's class on time to be a bit difficult, as the hotel has no direct access, only ski-in/ski-out, and cable car access.
negative:
Basic hotel with no frills.
Guests shouldn't expect any great luxury while staying at Inferno Hotel. The rooms are basic, and offer the bare minimum one requires for a stay. Needless to stay, guests will find they have everything they need, without the extra frills many hotels add on.
negative:
Sensitive children beware.
As this hotel is manned by younger staff members, guests with young children may find their young-adult attitudes to be on the disapproving side. The enthusiasm displayed by the staff rolls over into the way they speak with each other, which may not be appropriate in front of small children.
