Positive Reviews
positive:
Excellent Location
The hotel's location is one of its greatest qualities. Right in the heart of the Chueca neighborhood, Hotel Lusso Infantas offers easy access to the metro, dining, upscale shopping and nightlife. Chueca is known as a hub of the LGBT community in Madrid and hosts the city's annual pride celebration.
positive:
Clean and Comfortable Accommodations
Guests report that the rooms are reliably clean and well-maintained. The superior rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished for families, couples or single travelers. If you are traveling with more than two people, it would be a good idea to book the superior room as opposed to the standard.
positive:
Helpful and Knowledgeable Staff
The hotel staff are very friendly and willing to assist guests with finding attraction tickets, reservations, or general information. If you are in need of any service or assistance during your stay, the concierge should be more than happy to help.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Rooms Have Insufficient Lighting
Many of the rooms have limited natural light due to the building's position on the street, and the lighting within the room is rather dim. If you prefer bright, well-lit spaces, you may find this aspect of the rooms disappointing.
negative:
Rooms May be Cramped
While the superior rooms offer plenty of space, many guests find the standard rooms to be too small for comfort. In addition to the dimensions of the rooms themselves, the accommodations of the standard rooms feature smaller beds and a smaller bathroom.
negative:
Air Conditioners Do Not Always Work
Guests have repeatedly complained of air conditioners that are either too loud, do not seem to effectively cool the rooms or simply do not work at all. If you decide to stay with the Lusso Infantas, it would be wise to check the air conditioner's functionality before settling into your room.
