positive:
Great services for all needs.
The hotel caters to business professionals and those attending conferences on-site. The rooms have all the amenities needed for work, but is also perfect for families with room to stretch out and easy access to the beach. Plus, the location off the busy end of town ensures this isn't a party hotel.
positive:
Great rooms and eats.
The condition of the rooms, without exception, are clean and comfortable and modern. The little touches, like room refrigerators, mean a lot to those staying for extended holidays. Plus, the restaurant downstairs serves great food for breakfast and dinner.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Lost in translation.
Guest who only speak English might have a hard time if there are specific needs or concerns. The mostly Spanish-only speaking staff does lead to frustration for guests when concerns aren't met or directions and information is needed.
negative:
A cultural difference or indifference?.
Since the staff is mostly Spanish-speaking, many guests take their attitudes to be rude and surly, rather than the helpful attitudes and outgoing nature that is common in establishments that caters to English. It appears as if the staff is largely indifferent, offering no welcome or thanks, and making little attempt to resolve problems.
negative:
Tighten it up.
The hotel is small all over. There are no public spaces, other than the small reception area. The rooms are generally smaller than other chain hotels and even the terraces are tiny with little room for sun loungers or tables.
