Hotel Ilunion Alcora Sevilla (San Juan de Aznalfarache, Spain)

Although it seems it is not heated, and therefore only useable in the summer months, guests favourite feature of the hotel seems to be the pool area. They describe it as a fairly tranquil area, and a great spot to simply hang out with a drink, enjoying the fine weather

Motorists were very happy to find that not only was the on-site parking included in the room-rate, but that they never seemed to have trouble finding a bay when returning to the hotel.

While many guests did not like the location, some way from central Seville, guests certainly did appreciate that the hotel laid on a shuttle for a very nominal once-off fee for the period of their stay.

While guests do concede that the hotel puts on a shuttle to Seville's city centre for a nominal fee, many do not really feel that this is a suitable hotel for people interested in city life and seeing Seville's attractions since it is far too remote.

Quite a few guests mentioned that they did not believe that the hotel deserved its 4* rating. They do not usually believe it is a terrible hotel, but simply that the attention to detail, both of the physical premises, and the service level, is not high enough to warrant this rating.

It seems almost that there are two hotels, one renovated and one unrenovated. Guests in the unrenovated rooms and areas took a fairly dim view of their surroundings. They speak of smelly carpets and room features that date from the 1980's. The only relief for them seems to complain, and perhaps be moved to a renovated room.
