Il Casale di Max is located in the beautiful countryside of the Sabina region, just one hour away from Rome and only one mile from the village of Selci, with shops and restaurant. The villa is divided into 3 floors: Lower ground floor (external access from rear of villa): Large living/dining room, open fireplace, doors to vine-covered pergola terrace, outdoor dining facilities. Kitchen, French door to pool area. The first floor is not rented by the owners who live in Rome but sometime (usually once a week for some hours) use it as a logistic basis to supervise the property (e.g. to clean the swimming pool, to water the plants etc.). On the top floor there are the two bedrooms which are accessible via an external staircase.
