Guests say that the rooms at this hotel are very spacious, with bathrooms also being a very good size. They are found to be well equipped, guests enjoying the large TV and Jacuzzi bath, with comfortable beds.

Guests like that they have free coffee and snacks available in the lobby area. The hotel also includes free Wi-Fi, which is found to work well, as well as free bottled water. Goods provided in the bedrooms also include free condoms.

A frequent complaint at hotels is that the Wi-Fi does not work as anticipated. The good news is that at this hotel, the Wi-Fi is reported to work without any trouble at all.

The hotel does not provide guests with room keys so staff open the door for you to enter and lock you in and you then call staff to let you out when you want to leave. While this was not an issue for some, other guests were not as keen.

Perhaps the biggest negative for some guests is that they booked this hotel without realising that it is a ‘love hotel'. As such it is not suitable for families, nor is it suitable for guests who are looking for more of an all-round hotel experience than one where only a room is available.

Cleanliness is often high on the list of priorities for guests and those at this hotel are not always up to the standard that guests might like. Some guests say that the surfaces are quite dusty, as if the room has not been used for a little while.
