Positive Reviews
positive:
Stylish and comfortable...
Guests rave about the vibrant and modern interior design in both the lobby and guest rooms, which are widely described as comfortable, quiet, and sparkling clean. Young families like the layout of the larger rooms, which offer a division between sleeping areas and a second television. The free Wi-Fi is much appreciated, too.
positive:
Cheerful, friendly staff...
The front desk staff have received many rave reviews for their friendly, responsive customer service. The breakfast buffet gets high marks for quality and variety as well, though the dining area can get a bit crowded at peak times.
positive:
Transportation is no trouble...
Guests generally like the hotel's quiet suburban location, noting that there's a supermarket and several restaurants nearby. Few fail to mention the excellent public transportation connections to the airport, train station, and the city centre, with its many historic attractions and museums. The business centre in the lobby is super useful for printing boarding passes or tickets, and travellers love the complimentary coffee machine, too.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Too little privacy in the bathroom...
Some (possibly all) rooms feature transparent shower walls, creating a sort of "open" feeling to the bathroom area that is either pleasantly novel for some guests or just plain awkward for others. Poor sound insulation between the two spaces is another factor.
negative:
Bright lights at night...
Lighting design is another frequently reported irritation regarding the bathroom, with guests noting it is impossible to put the light on in the bathroom at night without illuminating the bedroom area.
negative:
Parking challenges...
Drivers have been irritated to find the parking costs extra and spaces are at a premium, though the car elevator is neat.
