Positive Reviews
positive:
Small But Clean Rooms.
The rooms here aren't very spacious, but guests generally noted that they were clean. Many guests decided to just use this as a stopover hotel and found it ore than adequate for short stays. However, keep the small size in mind if you are travelling with several people or have a lot of luggage.
positive:
Accommodations Are a Good Value.
You'll likely find that you get a good value for your money when staying here. If it's important to you to be in a hotel that's not fancy, but is reasonably price, this property should be suitable.
positive:
Courteous and Friendly Staff Members.
You should expect to be treated very well by the staff members here, especially when interacting with employees at the reception desk. Guests said the staff were always willing to provide directions or give advice with good attitudes. Most speak English well, too.
Negative Reviews
negative:
No Lift in the Property.
This is a multi-storey hotel that does not have a lift inside. If you require a disabled room, be sure to ask for it in advance, because most of the rooms are upstairs. Staff can help with luggage when guests are struggling on the staircases.
negative:
The Corridors Can Get Noisy.
Some guests were distracted by noises in the corridors, especially when other occupants were coming back to their rooms at night. This problem was particularly obvious for guests who were located in rooms nearest the staircases. Generally though, it did not create a major issue.
negative:
The Wi-Fi is a Little Slow.
Guests sometimes commented that the Wi-Fi speed is too slow to do anything more than the most basic Internet tasks, such as checking e-mail. Occasionally, guests also said that the connection strength was weak. Be mindful of these things if you need reliable online access.
