Although there are two metro stops within several minutes of the hotel on foot, some guests complained that the property was too far from other metro and bus stops. Furthermore, they clarified that the distance was especially tricky when trying to manage heavy luggage.

Guests said even when the air conditioner was on a high setting, it didn't seem to be able to sufficiently cool down their rooms. As a result, the environment often felt uncomfortably stuffy.
