Hotel Hyatt Place Phoenix Chandler - Fashion Center (Chandler, USA)

Guests were almost all very happy with their stay at the Hyatt Place Phoenix Chandler Fashion Center, formerly Windmill Suites. They praised the spotless, spacious and attractive suites and loved the hot tub, pool and well equipped gym. TV sets in both the living room and bedroom were also appreciated. The complimentary breakfast went down well and many said they would return or recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the Phoenix area.

The adjacent shopping mall with retailers such as Apple, Nordstrom and Macy's, a wide choice of restaurants and a 20 screen movie theater was a big plus for guests at this hotel. A few also tried their luck at the Lone Butte Casino on the nearby Gila River Indian reservation.

Guests appreciated the friendly concierge service, welcoming and efficient receptionists at check in and the general attention to detail exhibited by most of the staff at this hotel. Accommodation for early check-in was particularly well received.

While most guests were very satisfied with the cleaning standards at this hotel, there were a number of negative comments related to housekeeping issues. A few guests complained that rooms weren't cleaned for several consecutive days, others reported improperly cleaned bathroom floors and showers, dirty glasses not removed and carpets not adequately vacuumed.

For some guests, the accommodations were a little on the pricey side.

A few guests complained about surly or inattentive staff members, but most were more than happy with the quality of service.
