The breakfast buffet has plenty of options that are all well prepared. The hot items are freshly made, and the best part is that all of this is included in your room rate. Great value for money.

The rooms at this hotel are set up to resemble a suite rather than a room. You have a living area with sofa and desk that is separated from the bed by a small partition. This means that even if you are watching a movie the kids can go to sleep.

There have been some guests that have arrived at this hotel only to find that the room they had booked was no longer available and that they had been assigned a different room. This is unacceptable particularly for those with small children or disabilities.

The rooms at this hotel are noisy for two reasons. The first is that they aren't soundproofed at all so you can hear everything that is going on in the hallways and the rooms next to you. The second reason is that there are a lot of partygoers that stay at this hotel and the staff do very little to keep them quiet.

The staff at this hotel are capable, but they aren't very friendly which surprises some guests as Omaha is supposed to be an extremely welcoming place. Some have said that they had unpleasant experiences with the front desk staff.
