You'll enjoy staying right in the middle of Keystone Ski Resort when you book a room at Inn at Keystone. The gondolas and ski runs on the mountain aren't far away when you stay at this hotel!

Trying to find a fault with the cleanliness at this place is tough, housekeeping do an excellent job of keeping everything looking neat and tidy. You'll always find your room made up when you return after a big day out.

The staff creates a really welcoming atmosphere at this hotel and you'll feel like a valued customer throughout your stay. Any problems, no matter how big or small, will be dealt with quickly and politely.

The car parking facilities here need improving. First, you have to pay to park your car, but then on occasion there is not enough covered parking for everyone. If this is the case, you'll be parking outside where your car can get buried in snow.

The breakfast here is a little chaotic. You might find that all the cutlery or glasses have been taken and have to wait for more to come back from the wash. The food replenishment is also not fast enough.

A little maintenance and renovation would go a long way here. The general appearance of the hotel and some of the rooms is starting to deteriorate, with worn carpets and tatty furniture being a couple of noticeable signs.
