Hotel Hyatt Place Greenville/Haywood (Greenville, USA)

Guests couldn’t seem to say enough good things about the hotel’s complimentary breakfast. They mentioned that there was a good selection of foods available, including not only the cereal and pastries typical of many hotel breakfasts, but much, much more.

Many guests commented on the location of the hotel, generally saying that they found it very convenient. The main reasons for this seemed to be the proximity of the interstate, which made travel within the region that much easier, and the fact that there were a number of great restaurants for them to try out very nearby.

A very surprising number of guests mentioned that they thought their rooms, other than the bathrooms, were much bigger than is normal is this hotel category. They certainly enjoyed having the extra space, since it meant they didn’t get in the hair of their room mate.

A number of guests reported that their bathroom was quite a bit smaller than they expected. For some it seemed to be small enough to mean that it was awkward to use comfortably.

There were perhaps a few too many complaints regarding cleanliness for comfort. Most of those reporting issues simply felt that the rooms had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard before being release for occupation.

So far, no recent negative opinion has been expressed by guests about this hotel.
