Whether you're in town on a business trip or a here to see the sights, you'll appreciate a view of the bay each morning. Make sure when checking in to ask for a room with a view as it's really worth it. Amazing in the daytime and beautiful at night.

If you have any requests at all, then don't be afraid to ask the front desk staff. They will do whatever they can to help you out and are full of wonderful local tips on getting around the area.

You can't ask for a better location for the money you pay in the Bay area. This hotel is located not too far from the BART, and you can even make use of the hotel's free shuttle service if it is available. Failing that there are plenty of places nearby to go and see, and you're spoilt for choice regarding dining options.

When you see earplugs in the room you know you're in for a restless night. Unfortunately, if you are in a room that is facing the train station, then you will have to listen to the trains rumble by every hour. They run through the night, so if you are a light sleeper, then you best make use of those earplugs.

This is an acceptable hotel but considering that it is not a cheap hotel there are some guests that feel that it is terrible value for money. They say that a hotel this noisy shouldn't cost as much and that unless you get a Bay view room, you'll feel very hard done by.
