Negative Reviews

Small Rooms
Some guests found that, while their rooms were comfortable, the layout was rather cramped. The closet space was deemed to be minimal and, while the modern amenities are a positive, there is little room for much manoeuvring.
negative:
Very Pricey
The price to stay at the Hyatt Herald Square was considered to be somewhat expensive by a number of guests, though most of these acknowledged that this is expected when staying in the center of Manhattan.
negative:
Unreliable Wi-Fi
The Wi-Fi was found to be, at times, unreliable and intermittent in its quality of connectivity which guests found to be disappointing.
