Too Remote From Town
The Hyatt Escala Lodge at Park City is situated in a more quiet part of town, farther from downtown than other resorts. It is located next to the mountains, however, and a perfect location if you're looking for a ski getaway. The hotel also offers free shuttle service to town for convenience.

Dining Dilemma
There is no room service and some guests weren't satisfied with service at the restaurant, Escala Provisions Company. Also, the hours at the restaurant were often confusing. Guests couldn't figure out when they were open. Please note that after a certain time in the evening, the restaurant stops serving all food and drinks. Guests, however, mentioned that the staff is eager to help you find other options if you enjoy dining late.
