The employees are bilingual and speak English and Spanish. This is a huge advantage as it enhances communication between the guests and the staff members and reduces whichever instances of miscommunication that might have arose.

Every morning, you are offered a continental breakfast which is delicious and well prepared. There are a lots of options for hot and cold dishes. Guests were spoilt for choice because of the diversity of the dishes on offer.

Great location close to a number of amenities
The hotel is perfectly located in the town centre offering easy access to amenities. For instance, you can dine outside the hotel as there are many pubs and restaurants nearby. Blocks of shops are in the vicinity and this makes shopping easier. Guests will find that the area is very lively nightspots.

Guests have complained about the noise outside the hotel especially at night. Loud music from nearby bars and dance clubs can hinder a good nights’ rest especially on weekends.

A number of guests have complained about the lack of an elevator in the building. For the mobility impaired, moving up and down can be a bit of a challenge especially if their rooms are on higher floors.

The Wi-Fi connection was found by majority of the guests to be weak and unstable. If you’re intending to handle large files, it’s almost impossible to do so as the speeds are only suitable for very light web browsing.
