For those who wish to make the most of their stay in Pigeon Forge, this hotel provides great access to the area's top attractions. It's right on the Parkway, but guests also loved the trolley stop that is located adjacent to this property.

The rooms may be a little bit dated, but for a number of guests, it was the little things that stacked up to make this hotel a great pick in Pigeon Forge. Animal lovers were grateful for the pet-friendly atmosphere and noted that, in terms of quality, their rooms certainly weren't lacking for anything. For others, breakfast was a big hit, with many commenting positively on the range of hot options, especially the biscuits and gravy.

The check-in process here is fast and efficient, something that guests really appreciated. Additionally, many visitors found the staff to be extremely friendly, warm and helpful.

Low water pressure was a consistent issue here, with many guests commenting that the flow from their showers was less than impressive. Also, a number of visitors commented that the beds at this property are firm, bordering on uncomfortably hard.
