Getting around Ibiza is not a problem when at the hotel and visitors point out that a number of restaurants and bars can be found in the neighbourhood. Figueretas Beach is also a short walk away from the property while a number of the island's historical sites including the Ibiza Cathedral can be reached in under 30 minutes on foot.

Travellers note that the level of cleanliness found at the hotel is excellent with the rooms being tidy and the common areas being well maintained.

There are no air conditioning units in the accommodations of the property and a number of visitors complain about this. They explain that rooms can get pretty hot in the summertime and the fan found in each one isn't really enough to help.

Getting the Wi-Fi signal can be difficult and several travellers report that some of the rooms have no issues connecting while others don't receive it. Wi-Fi is complimentary throughout the property and can also be accessed in the lobby.

The neighbourhood the hotel is in can be a little noisy according to some guests who point out that the sounds from outside can find their way into some of the rooms. In addition to this, sometimes noises from other rooms and the hallway can be heard too.
