The Wi-Fi was found to work nicely by guests who stayed here. They were happy to have a speedy and reliable connection in the rooms for leisure and for work purposes. It was a great amenity to have during the stay.

The hotel and the rooms were found to be clean and tidy by guests. They were happy to have comfortable rooms to stay in and this included having a daily housekeeping service available. The air conditioning made for an easier stay in the rooms.

The staff members were found to be friendly and kind by guests who stayed here. They felt like they did their best to make them feel at ease and comfortable with their stay. They had a cheerful attitude and gave good information for getting around.

Guests complained there were plenty of loud noises within the hotel. Other guests would not be respectful of other guests and would treat the hotel as their own. The staff did not do much to reduce the noise level.

Guests felt the area surrounding the hotel left much to be desired. If they were traveling without a car it was difficult to head to more touristic areas. It was more of an industrial area that did not have particular charm.
