A pretty, quiet location by the lake...
Few guests fail to mention the nearby lake. Some like to watch the geese and ducks on the water, others appreciate the paved mile-long running/walking trail. Red Robin is right next door and there are several other restaurants within a pleasant walking distance, though many weeknight guests are happy to stay in and enjoy the complimentary dinner. There are shops and movie theaters close by as well, and of course it's popular with families visiting nearby Midwestern.

Comfortable rooms with a view....
Guests often describe the rooms as spacious, well laid out, and comfortably furnished. Families and groups love the extra privacy and space of the two-bedroom suites, while others are particularly happy with the peaceful lake view.

Smiling, helpful staff...
The front desk staff have received many rave reviews for their friendly and professional customer service, and compliments also go to the chef on the hearty and delicious breakfast buffet. The Texas-shaped waffle iron is a hit with kids of all ages.

Everybody makes mistakes...
