Hotel Homewood Suites Rochester-Henrietta (Rochester, USA)

The hotel is located right off the highway which many guests found to be extremely convenient when it came to exploring Rochester and New York State; the majority of guests cited the hotel's location as being a positive aspect of their stay. The hotel is also near a large variety of shops, bars and restaurants for guests to explore during their stay and there are many places of interest nearby that are easily accessible by driving which can be easily done thanks to the hotel's close proximity to the highway and the New York State Thruway.

Most guests were very impressed with the large, airy layout of their suites which are spacious enough to house either the solo traveller or groups. The rooms are fitted with modern amenities that will replicate the comforts of home, such as a well-equipped kitchen and separate dining and seating areas.

The numerous facilities and complimentary amenities available at this hotel were considered a positive aspect of their stay; access to an on-site swimming pool and fitness center were enjoyed by many guests who found the facilities to be in excellent condition. The complimentary breakfast was also considered good value for money and a wonderful addition courtesy of the hotel.

While some guests found the beds comfortable, others felt that they were on the stiff side and would have liked a more comfortable mattress. The pillows were also found to be hard and flat by many a guest.

Some guests found that their non-smoking room was next to a smoking-approved room and they could smell the resulting smoke.

The bathrooms resulted in some issues with guests; some felt that they could be cleaner and found mould in theirs while others had shower draining issues though the staff were quick to resolve this.
