Guests love the hotel's location, just one block from the 16th Street Mall and the Colorado Convention Center. There is a wide array of restaurants and bars within walking distance as well, and sports fans can get to Coors Field on the free mall ride.

Most guests find the rooms to be spotlessly clean and spacious, with modern furnishings and bathrooms. Tired travelers generally appreciate the convenience of the microwave and fridge, and many rate the beds as exceptionally comfortable as well. Some were delighted to see the Rocky Mountains from their top floor rooms.

Guests rave about the complimentary breakfast buffet, noting that there are plenty of hot and cold options and that the cheerful wait staff work diligently to keep supply in step with demand. Guests also look forward to the generous and varied evening reception offered four nights a week. The front desk, valet, and housekeeping staff have all received top marks for friendly, professional service that makes guests feel "at home".

Several guests have commented that the rooms are a little dark, and could be improved with more, or brighter, lighting. A few others noted the carpets could use more frequent deep cleaning.
