Positive Reviews
positive:
Lots of room indoors and out...
The suites are widely described as very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and ideal for an extended stay, as their many comforts of home include a large refrigerator in the full kitchen. Guests also enjoy the "great outdoors" surrounding the hotel; the fire pit, grilling area, pool, and basketball court are well maintained and inviting.
positive:
Cheerful, professional staff...
The front desk staff have earned many rave reviews for their friendly smiles and professional customer service. Hungry guests pleased to find heartier hot dishes as well as the usual continental options at the free buffet, and note the dining room offers plenty of seating. The evening social hours are also well run and much appreciated after a long day of work or play in Little Rock.
positive:
Bring comfortable shoes...
Guests often comment that "everything" is within walking distance, including many restaurants, bars, and museums, as well as the Clinton Library and the River Market. Even though most seem to leave their cars parked for the duration, travellers also note the parking garage is worth its modest nightly fee and the hotel is easy to access from the Interstate.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Slow ride...
The elevators are not very fast, and some guests are irritated by the "bing" announcing each floor. However, a room key card is required to access them, and most appreciate this security feature.
negative:
Living on the edge...
Though most guests appreciate the hotel's proximity to many attractions, some also feel it is a little too close to a "shadier" part of the city, and prefer not to walk alone after dark.
negative:
Nobody's perfect...
Though the staff generally receive positive reviews, instances of indifferent or inflexible responses to requests or issues are occasionally reported.
